Something that I noticed when I first started sharing my home with cats was that the items that were on sale tended to give little thought to the aesthetics of a home.<\/p>\n

Scratch posts were all low quality looking and the option of beds was limited to rather dated looking prints and styles. The behaviour aspect of caring for a cat was featured very little in the thinking of the manufacture of products.<\/p>\n

As insight into \u201cproblem\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0behaviour has expanded, so has the range of items readily available. A lot of these items are online, at a fraction of the cost as they are in shops due to the seller having fewer overheads to cover.<\/span><\/p>\n

A couple of examples of this are facts learned, such as \u00a0cats need a tall post to stretch the full length of their body up when scratching, for instance, has caused a surge in the production of activity centres for them. These centres also utilise vertical space while giving cats that feel more secure when surveying surroundings a safe vantage point.<\/p>\n

Or the fact feline acne is a very real possibility that can be exacerbated by using plastic bowls has seen a rise in the options of stylish dining for cats with metal or ceramic bowls.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s even online sites that give people tips on the best place to source stylish cat related products, or even utilise items available in major furniture shops to use a product to optimum advantage for the feline family member.<\/p>\n
