We Belong…
In this months posts of interest, there were two articles with similar themes. A couple of actors on location became so enamoured with homeless felines, they decided to make them part of their family.
First mention was of Charlie Hunman, who was on location and happened to visit a local rescue. He immediately developed a soft spot for a bonded pair of kittens. You can read about how Charlie became a cat dad here:
The second post was about the actor, David Dastmalchian and how he met his feline family member when filming The Suicide Squad. Bubblegum, as the cat was dubbed, was a tiny stray kitten who kept visiting the place of filming, and David developed a strong bond with her.

It can take a lot to gain the trust of a cat who has had limited human contact, so it’s a fair assumption that Bubblegum had thankfully encountered people in a positive way regarding resources. But it took meeting David for Bubblegum to find her forever home.
